Masala kharek
Ingredients:
100gm Kharek.
Salt to taste.
5tsp powdered sugar.
1tsp Cumin seeds powder (jeera powder)
1tsp Aamchur powder.
1tsp powdered pomegranate seeds.
Juice of 1lemon.
1tsp powdered Fennel seeds (variyali)
4 lemon.
Method:
Add some aamchur powder in some sugar powder.
Add powdered seeds of pomegranate.
We can also add some dry ginger powder & pepper.
Add lemon juice to taste & prepare dough.
On other hand add the juice of 4 lemon & some salt in Kharek.& keep it of over night.
Next day cut the kharek from middle (not fully) & put the dough prepared in it.
And it is ready to eat.
This mukhwas helps in Digestion & Jeera i.e. Cumin seeds powder keeps the body temperature cool.
